Easy Apply

Easy Apply is an AI-powered job application service for the Saudi Arabian market, delivered as a Telegram bot at @easy_access_jobs_bot.

What it does. A job seeker sets up a profile once — their CV, target roles, preferred cities and years of experience. Easy Apply then continuously searches job openings from multiple sources, ranks them against that profile, writes a tailored cover letter for each suitable role, and emails the application together with the CV to the employer. The user is notified in Telegram every time an application goes out.

Why it asks for Gmail access. A job application should reach the employer from the applicant's own email address, so that the employer replies directly to them and the message appears in the applicant's own Sent folder. To do that, Easy Apply requests one Google permission and one only — https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — which allows sending a message on the user's behalf and nothing else. It grants no read access: we cannot read, list, search, modify, archive or delete anything in the mailbox, and we cannot see contacts. Connecting a Google account is optional and the bot works without it. Users can disconnect at any time from inside the bot or from their Google account permissions page, and the stored token is deleted immediately.

Verification status. Google completed its OAuth app verification review for this project and approved the gmail.send scope on 16 August 2026. Users are not shown an unverified-app warning, and the permission can be reviewed or revoked at any time from their Google account security settings.
