نستخدم بياناتك لغرض واحد: مطابقتك مع الوظائف المناسبة، وكتابة رسالة تقديم، وإرسالها مع سيرتك الذاتية إلى جهة التوظيف. نستخدم نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي (Anthropic Claude) لمطابقة الوظائف وصياغة رسالة التقديم.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي. تصل بياناتك إلى جهات التوظيف فقط بالقدر الذي يتضمنه أي تقديم عادي على وظيفة: اسمك، بريدك، وسيرتك الذاتية.
هذه الخطوة اختيارية تمامًا، والبوت يعمل بدونها. فائدتها أن رسائل التقديم تصل جهة التوظيف من بريدك أنت مباشرةً بدل بريد الخدمة، وتظهر لك في مجلد «المرسل» عندك، وترجع الردود إليك في نفس المحادثة.

إرسال رسالة نيابةً عنك، ولا شيء غير ذلك.
نخزّن «مفتاح تحديث» (refresh token) من Google مشفّرًا على خادمنا، وعنوان البريد الذي ربطته. المفتاح يُستخدم حصرًا لإرسال رسائل التقديم التي طلبتها أنت. لا نخزّن كلمة مرور حسابك — نحن لا نراها إطلاقًا.
من داخل البوت في أي وقت، أو من صفحة أذونات حسابك في Google. عند الإلغاء نحذف المفتاح المخزّن نهائيًا، ويعود البوت للإرسال بالطريقة الاعتيادية.
استخدام Easy Apply لبيانات المستخدم الواردة من واجهات Google يلتزم بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
ولا أحد غير هؤلاء، ولا لأي غرض غير تشغيل الخدمة.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك — بما فيها سيرتك الذاتية وسجل تقديماتك ومفتاح Google إن وجد — بمراسلتنا على apply@siblinx.xyz، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.
الاتصالات كلها مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، ومفاتيح Google مخزّنة مشفّرة، والوصول لقاعدة البيانات محصور بمشغّل الخدمة. ومع ذلك لا توجد خدمة على الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة مئة بالمئة، ولا نستطيع أن نعدك بغير ذلك.
الخدمة موجّهة للباحثين عن عمل بعمر 18 سنة فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
إن غيّرنا شيئًا جوهريًا — خصوصًا ما يتعلق ببيانات Google — نحدّث تاريخ آخر تعديل أعلى الصفحة ونخبر المستخدمين المتأثرين داخل البوت.

Easy Apply is a Telegram bot that finds relevant job openings and applies to them on the user's behalf. Contact: apply@siblinx.xyz.
A user's Telegram ID and display name; the details they enter during signup (full name, email address, qualification, field of study, years of experience, target roles, cities, work mode); the CV file they upload and an ATS-formatted copy of it; a history of the applications we sent for them and the delivery status of each; and subscription state (plan, expiry, and the payment provider's charge ID). We never see or store card details — payment happens entirely on the provider's own page.
For one purpose: matching the user to suitable jobs, writing a cover letter, and emailing it with their CV to the employer. We use an AI provider (Anthropic Claude) for matching and letter writing. We do not sell user data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Users may optionally connect their Google account so that job applications are sent from their own address rather than ours. This is entirely optional and the bot works without it.
We request exactly one scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. It
permits sending a message on the user's behalf and nothing else. We cannot read,
list, search, modify, archive or delete anything in their mailbox, and we cannot
access their contacts, because the scope grants no such permission.
We store a Google refresh token, encrypted at rest, together with the connected email address. The token is used solely to send the job applications the user themselves requested. We never receive or store the user's Google password. Users can disconnect at any time from inside the bot or at Google account permissions; on disconnection the stored token is permanently deleted.
Easy Apply's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our email delivery provider (only when no Google account is connected), our AI provider, our payment provider, and our hosting provider — each strictly to operate the service.
Data is kept while the account exists. Users may request deletion of their account and all associated data — CV, application history, and any stored Google token — by emailing apply@siblinx.xyz. We action requests within 30 days.
All traffic is over HTTPS, Google tokens are encrypted at rest, and database access is limited to the service operator. No internet service is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
The service is intended for job seekers aged 18 and over.
