Terms of Service (English)

What the service does

Easy Apply finds job openings matching a user's profile and emails a cover letter with their CV to employers on their behalf.

What it does not do

We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or even a reply — hiring decisions belong entirely to the employer. We do not guarantee that every listing we surface is accurate or still open; we relay what our sources publish. We are not a recruitment agency and take no fee from employers.

User responsibilities

Information and CVs submitted must be truthful and belong to the user. The service must not be used to impersonate anyone or send misleading content. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to farm free trials or referral rewards may result in suspension.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are purchased for a fixed period and expire automatically. They do not auto-renew; we send reminders three days and one day before expiry, after which the account returns to the free plan with no further charge. Each plan sets a daily application limit, shown in the bot before purchase.

Refunds

If the service failed on our side — no applications were sent during a paid period because of a fault of ours — contact apply@siblinx.xyz and we will address it. Employers not responding is not a service fault and is not refundable.

Termination

Users may stop auto-applying or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms employers or other users.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid in the preceding three months. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
